Course registration
Civic Orientation is a course for you between the age of 18 and 64 who has recently received a residence permit and is part of the Swedish Public Employment Service’s establishment programme or a close family member and have been registered in a municipality for no more than three years. The course is offered in your native language or a language you master. Here, you will learn about the Swedish labour market and society.

You will have the opportunity to discuss and ask questions. In the course, you will learn, for example, how to apply for work, different views on child-rearing, how you navigate the healthcare system, and much more. The course is 102 hours and is offered in three-hour sessions, either in the morning or the afternoon.
